14 նոյեմբերի, 2019թ., Երևան: ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայում տեղի ունեցավ «ՀԱՅԿԱԿԱՆ ՍՓՅՈՒՌՔԻ ՈՒՍՈՒՄՆԱՍԻՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԳԵՐԱԿԱ ԽՆԴԻՐՆԵՐԸ» վերտառությամբ միջազգային գիտաժողովը, որը կազմակերպել էր ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտի Սփյուռքի հետազոտությունների բաժինը և Բեյրութի Հայկազեան համալսարանի Սփյուռքի ուսումնասիրության կենտրոնը: Գիտաժողովին մասնակցում էին գիտնականներ և հետազոտողներ Երևանից, Բեյրութից և Փարիզից, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ պետական և հանրային կառույցների մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ:
Բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ ԳԱԱ Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտի Սփյուռքի հետազոտությունների բաժնի վարիչ, դոկտոր Ռուբեն Կարապետյանը: Այնուհետև ողջույնի խոսք հղեցին ԳԱԱ Հայագիտության և հասարակական գիտությունների բաժանմունքի քարտուղար, ակադեմիկոս Յուրի Սուվարյանը, ԳԱԱ թղթակից անդամ, Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, դոկտոր Պավել Ավետիսյանը, Բեյրութի Հայկազեան համալսարանի նախագահ, վերապատվելի դոկտոր Փօլ Հայտոսթեանը:
Գիտաժողովը ներառում էր երեք նիստ` տաս զեկուցումներով: Յուրաքանչյուր նիստի շուրջ ծավալվեցին արդյունավետ քննարկումներ ներկայացվող թեմաների շուրջ:
Առաջին նիստն ընթացավ «Սփյուռքի ուսումնասիրության գերակա խնդիրները» խորագրով: Ելույթ ունեցան վերապատվելի դոկտոր Փօլ Հայտոսթեանը՝ «Սփիւռք-Սփիւռք եւ Հայաստան-Սփիւռք Գործակցութեան Հրամայականը», դոկտոր Անդրանիկ Տաքեսեանը՝ «Սփիւռք. Հայկական Ամազոնին Ի՞նչը ուսումնասիրել», Վահրամ Հովյանը՝ «Հայկական սփյուռքի ուսումնասիրության գերակա խնդիրները» թեմաներով:
Երկրորդ՝ «Սփյուռքի ուսումնասիրության միջգիտակարգային մոտեցումներ. հետազոտության տիրույթներ և խնդիրներ» նիստում ելույթ ունեցան դոկտոր Յակոբ Չոլաքեանը՝ «Հայերէնի ուսուցման արդի հիմնախնդիրները Սփիւռքի մէջ», դոկտոր Միհրան Գալստյանը՝ «Աշխատանքային միգրացիան և հայկական նոր սփյուռքի ձևավորման հիմնախնդիրները ՌԴ-ում», բ. գ. թ. Տորք Դալալյանը՝ «Արեւմտահայ մամուլի կայացումը Եվրոպայում՝ որպես ազգային ինքնության հիմնական դրսեւորումներից մեկը», վերապատվելի դոկտոր Ռենե Լևոնյանը՝ «Հայերի ինտեգրումը և/կամ ուծացումը Ֆրանսիայում» զեկուցումներով:
Երրորդ նիստը նվիրված էր «Սփյուռքի ուսումնասիրության մեթոդաբանություն. մեթոդների կիրառության ու գործիքակազմի ընտրության հարցերին»: Նիստում «Սոցիալական հեռավորության մեթոդի կիրառումը միջէթնիկ հարաբերությունների ուսումնասիրություններում» թեմայով ելույթ ունեցավ պ. գ. թ. Ռուբեն Օհանջանյանը: Սյուզաննա Բարսեղյանի, Սոնա Ներսիսյանի և Լուսինե Տանաջյանի՝ «Սփյուռքի ուսումնասիրության մեթոդաբանական հարցերը» թեմայով զեկուցումը ներկայացրեց Լուսինե Տանաջյանը:
Գիտաժողովի փակման խոսքով հանդես եկավ Ռուբեն Կարապետյանը՝ կարևորելով գիտական ներուժի կիրառումը ազգային ծրագրերի և նախագծերի մշակման ուղղությամբ: Ամփոփիչ խոսք հղեցին նաև Միհրան Գալստյանը, Սամվել Մկրտչյանը, Անդրանիկ Տաքեսեանը, Փօլ Հայտոսթեանը:
Գիտաժողովի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցավ «Լիբանանահայերն այսօր. էթնոսոցիոլոգիական հետազոտություն» գրքի շնորհանդեսը, որը Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտի Սփյուռքի հետազոտությունների բաժնի և Բեյրութի Հայկազյան համալսարանի Սփյուռքի ուսումնասիրության կենտրոնի երկրորդ համատեղ աշխատությունն է:
International Symposium “THE PRIORITY ISSUES OF ARMENIAN DIASPORA STUDIES”
November 14, 2019, Yerevan:
The symposium on the Priority issues of Armenian Diaspora Studies was held in the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of the RA, which was organized by the department of Diaspora Studies and the Armenian Diaspora research center at Haigazian University in Beirut. The symposium was attended by scientists and researchers from Yerevan, Beirut and Paris, as well as representatives of state and public institutions of the Republic of Armenia.
Ruben Karapetyan, head of the Department of Studies of the Armenian Diaspora of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography, made the opening speech. Then Academician-Secretary of the
Division of Armenology and Social Sciences of NAS RA Yuri Suvaryan, Corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Director of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography Pavel Avetisyan, President of Haigazian University of Beirut, Honorable Doctor Paul Haytostian made welcoming speeches.
The symposium consisted of three sessions with ten reports. Effective discussions on the presented topics were held at each session.
The first session was entitled “Priority Issues of Diaspora Studies”. Honorable Dr. Paul Haydostian delivered a speech on “The Imperative of the Diaspora-Diaspora and Armenia-Diaspora Partnership”, Dr. Andranik Takesean on “Diaspora: What to study at the Armenian Amazon?”, and Vahram Hovyan on “Priority Issues of Armenian Diaspora Studies”.
Second: “Interdisciplinary Approaches to Diaspora Studies”. During the session “Research Domains and Problems” Dr. Hagob Cholakian delivered a speech on “Current Issues of Teaching Armenian in the Diaspora”, Dr. Mihran Galstyan on “Labor Migration and the Main problems of Forming a New Armenian Diaspora in the Russian Federation”, PhD Tork Dalalyan on “The Making of the Western Armenian Press in Europe as One of the Key Expressions of National Identity,” Honorable Dr. Rene Levonyan on “Integration and / or estrangement of Armenians in France”.
The third session was dedicated to “Methodology of Diaspora Studies. on the application of methods and the choice of tools. Doctor of Sciences Ruben Ohanjanyan gave a speech on “The management of the social distance method in the study of interethnic relations” during the session. Report of Susanna Barseghyan, Sona Nersisyan and Lusine Tanajyan on “Methodological Issues of Diaspora Studies” was presented by Lusine Tanajyan.
The closing speech of the symposium was made by Ruben Karapetyan, Highlighting the use of scientific potential in the development of national programs and projects. Mihran Galstyan, Samvel Mkrtchyan, Andranik Takesian, Paul Haytostyan also gave closing speech.
Presentation of the book “Lebanese Armenians Today: Ethnosocial Research” was held within the framework of the symposium which is the second joint work of the Department of Diaspora Studies of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography and the Diaspora Studies Center at the Haigazian University of Beirut.
